Nima Toghiyani is the owner of Full Circle Homes LLC, in Northeast Florida. Nima began his Real Estate career in 2015 after graduating from UNF. With a passion for real estate and a commitment to providing exceptional service, Nima has built a reputation for helping homeowners navigate the selling process with ease. With 8 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and over 400 transactions in Northeast Florida, Nima has developed a deep understanding of the local market and a keen eye for identifying opportunities. Nima takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, listening to homeowner’s needs, and using those skills to create win-win situations for all parties involved. Aleksey’s academic journey began at Flagler College, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Computer and Information Sciences, along with Support Services.
Growing up in North Carolina, within a family deeply rooted in real estate and entrepreneurship, Aleksey was taught the importance of hard work, innovation, problem-solving, and the value of creating lasting legacies through property. Aleksey’s upbringing has not only provided her with a profound understanding of the real estate market but also a passion for transforming spaces that go beyond aesthetics and provide new homeowners functionality and livability.
Aleksey’s role goes beyond the traditional boundaries of project management. She is deeply involved in every aspect of the renovation projects, from conceptualization to execution.
